Adult Treatment Program
All services are in person only with the exception of phone coaching
Intake and orientation (90 minutes): $250
Individual Therapy (1 hour): $160
Skills Training Group (per 6 week module/2 hour sessions): $600
or
Individual Skills Training (per 6 week module/75 Minute sessions): $900
Phone coaching: Included as part of individual therapy

Coaching & Other Treatments
All services can be in-person, virtual, or phone. All coaching and other treatments include a free 30 minute consultation.
Initial consultation (30 minutes): Free
Parent coaching | Individual (1 hour): $150
Family coaching: $180
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy | Individual (1 hour): $150
Exposure Therapy | Individual (1 hour): $150

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen events occur at times. We offer the following cancellation policy to ensure you are not penalized for life's surprises.
No cancellation fee will be charged in the case of cancelling an appointment if you are sick, if notice was given 8 hours prior to the start of the appointment time.. If you are showing any symptoms of any sickness, please stay home and reschedule your appointment.
Individual, Parent, Family or Coaching Sessions
Cancellations or rescheduling can be made 48 hours prior to session time without incurring additional fees. Cancellations and rescheduling made within 48 hours of session time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. There is no penalty for cancellation due to illness if notice was given 8 hours prior to the start of the appointment time. Cancellation or rescheduling due to illness within an 8 hour period will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No shows without notice will incur full payment of fees.
Skills Training Modules
Cancellations can be made one week prior to first skill training session of the module without incurring additional fees. Cancellations and rescheduling made within one week of first session will incur a 50% cancellation fee for the entire module. No shows without notice will incur full payment of fees.
Payment & Insurance Billing
We accept most major credit cards, debit interac, or cash. If you have coverage through an extended health plan, please note that currently some insurers don’t allow us to direct bill, they typically require clients pay and submit receipts for reimbursement.
